We organize cooking workshops during the season.
Gastronomy - Chocolate Wednesday August 3 at 5pm
History, demonstration, recipes and tasting. The steps of chocolate fabrication, helpful tips and grands crus.
With Luc Eyriey, Maître chocolatier and teacher.

Cooking Workshop and/or Dinner - Friday, September 2
RDV at the Château de Picomtal at 1:30pm
Afternoon in the kitchen with chef, Laurent Berruyer, CRET (maximum 10 stagiaires).
Dinner (open to the public) in the vaulted-ceiling room at Picomtal à 19h30.
Price: 100€ (workshop & dinner)
Dinner only : 39€ (wine & coffee included)
