A historic monument of the Southern Alps, between lake and mountain, Château de Picomtal is located in the Hautes Alpes at the entrance to the Écrins Mountain Range, yet still in the Provencal climate. Thanks to Lake Serre-Ponçon and the Écrins Mountains, sporting activities (swimming, sailing, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.) are numerous and quickly accessible. The town of Embrun is five minutes away by car.

Spend half a day with a local chef and professional trainer to learn and experiment with local recipes and products. At the end of the training, you will be able to present your dishes to the guests who have come specifically to discover your preparations as part of our dinner events. On the menu: a complete meal of local and seasonal flavors, accompanied by local wine. You will share a table with other food lovers who have come to discover the various courses.
