Events

Day-long cooking workshops and evening demonstrations are organized throughout the year. The cooking workshops are followed by dinner open to the public.

Concerts and conferences are held in the vaulted-ceiling Conference Room.

Regular guided tours are scheduled in the summer and on European Heritage day in September. Guided tours for groups are possible throughout the year by reservation.

Cooking Workshops and Dinners

Open to all who love to cook, from beginners to professionals. The workshops start at 8:30am for a full day in the kitchen with a professional chef. You will learn a variety of techniques and recipes in preparation for a convivial dinner at 7:30pm. Dates for 2012: Saturday, May 5 & Friday, June 15 with chocolatier-pâtissier and fusion chef Luc Eyriey. You may also just simply come for dinner at 7:30pm! Workshop price: 95€ (includes lunch and dinner). Dinner only: 38€ (includes wine and coffee).

Wednesday, July 25 at 5:00 pm with Luc Eyriey: Chocolate and Sorbet. (2 hours) Price: 15€
