Program for 2012

Cooking Workshops and Dinners

Open to all who love to cook, from beginners to professionals. The workshops start at 8:30am for a full day in the kitchen with a professional chef.  You will learn a variety of techniques and recipes in preparation for a convivial dinner at 7:30pm. Dates for 2012: Saturday, May 5 &  Friday, June 15 with chocolatier-pâtissier and fusion chef Luc Eyriey.  You may also just simply come for dinner at 7:30pm! Workshop price: 95€ (includes lunch and dinner).  Dinner only: 38€ (includes wine and coffee).

 

Cooking Demonstration & Degustation

Wednesday, July 25 at 5:00 pm with Luc Eyriey:  Chocolate and Sorbet.  (2 hours)  Price: 15€
