The art of cooking |
Day-long cooking classes are organized throughout the year and are open to non-professionals and professionals alike. Participants prepare recipes of different themes for a dinner open to the public in the evening in a convivial atmosphere. The classes take place in the professionally-equipped kitchen and are taught by two chefs, Laurent Berruyer and Luc Eyriey. |
With Laurent Berruyer, teacher at the CRET in Briançon. |

Laurent has been passionate about old alpine recipes since his childhood. He often starts the day by gathering wild herbs, berries and mushrooms on the chateau grounds with the participants. |
