Program for 2011Cooking Workshops and DinnersOpen to all who love to cook, from beginners to professionals. The workshops start at 8:30am for a full day in the kitchen with a professional chef. You will learn a variety of techniques and recipes in preparation for a convivial dinner at 7:30pm. Dates for 2011: Friday, June 10 with chocolatier-pâtissier and fusion chef Luc Eyriey: "Chocolate" (used in main dishes as well as desserts); Friday, August 12 with 2010 Champion de France du Dessert Florent Margaillan: "Dinner of 12 Desserts"; Friday, September 23 with Chef James Stanzer from the Auberge de Moissière: "Menu Moissière; Saturday, October 8 with Luc Eyriey: "Fusion Dinner". You may also just simply come for dinner at 7:30pm! Workshop price: 100€ (includes lunch and dinner). Dinner only: 43€ (includes wine and coffee).
Half-day WorkshopTuesday, August 9 with Florent Margaillan: "Autour du Goûter", with recipes that are easy to do at home: Pistachio and Chocolate Cake, Seasonal Fruit pies, Financiers & Cookies. (4 hours) Price: 45€

Day-long cooking workshops and evening demonstrations are organized throughout the year. The cooking workshops are followed by dinner open to the public. Concerts and conferences are held in the vaulted-ceiling Conference Room. |
